Formulate, manage and coordinate strategies for the Area to maximize new business opportunities, cross selling and deepening existing relationships•Develop strategies for revenue generation and cost control for profitability growing the branch network•Continuously re-strategize with Branch Managers to retain key/priority relationships•Develop, implement and manage the sales process in an efficient manner•Lead the implementation of liability strategy for the Area•Manage customer services in the Area to the highest competitive standards•Monitor service standards for the region and check expected behaviors•Initiate customer satisfaction surveys to obtain customers feedback and realign processes accordingly
