• To provide smooth and seamless support to branch and HO Core Banking users.
• Responsible for resolution / escalation of queries / issues related to Core Banking, within stipulated time frame.
• To coordinate with vendors over day to day issues related to Core Banking, test and manage routine patches / updates.
• To manage UAT Servers inventory and patches repository with proper documentations and artifacts.
• Perform Test cases and coordinate with project team for internal testing (negative/positive) as per the guidelines of BA / PM.
• Available to provide support to End-of-Day team incase of issue during late hours.
• Provide support to Core Banking team for the testing, implementation, testing and LIVE deployments.
