• Manage the team of in-house Software development and in-house software support.
• Taking interviews of candidates for Software development department & helping team members to resolve his development issues.
• Conduct meeting with stakeholders for in-house development & finalize document for new development.
• Software analysis, design and development of web based, windows applications, Windows Services and Middleware.
• Testing / Debugging and deployment of applications.
• Development of Bank’s legacy system, Intranet Portal, windows services and APIs.
• Ensure timely resolution of outstanding defects or issues in in-house Applications, impacting the business;
• Maintenance and support of Banks’s legacy systems, Intranet Portal, Windows services and APIs.
• To undertake any other duties, as required by the Bank.
