Regularly review customer complaints, approaching complainant personally where required to ensure prompt resolution.
Pro-actively gear up sales efforts, in line with changes in business strategy.
Responsible to review all high risk account as per their defined period.
conjunction with Branch Manager and Marketing, ensure effective implementation / rollout of relevant marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition and retention.
Responsible to follow ABPL & SBP AML / CFT Policy, while opening of accounts.
Spearhead efforts for marketing new relationships.
Executing marketing activates to increase volumes and building relationship to extend banking facilities.
Provide suggestions on new product and service opportunities.
Ensure compliance with guideline specified by regulatory (Internal & External) authorities as well as SOPs.
Ensure strictly follow-up KYC & AML specified for Branch Banking.
To undertake any other duties as required by the Bank.
