  • Coordinating with the Bank’s Retail Banking Group, and managing document affirmation from State Bank of Pakistan, with respect to the Annual Branch Expansion Plan (ABEP) of the bank.
  • Liaising with the State Bank of Pakistan on behalf of the bank, for Issuance of Licenses/Permission Letters regarding opening, closing and shifting of places of business.
  • Maintenance of digital and physical repository/ documents for all places of business (i.e., branch licenses, SBP approvals, etc.), in line with the Branch Licensing Policy (BLP) of the State Bank of Pakistan.
  • Processing of Annual, Branch Shifting Fees or any other fee related matters as per the BLP of the State Bank of Pakistan.
  • Observing timelines for submission of ABEP, permission for new place of business and various intimations under the BLP of State Bank of Pakistan.
  • Re-engineering banking processes in core banking system, to mitigate the bank’s risks and enhance customer experience, through RPA enabled automation.
  • Liaising with various stake holders in order develop and suggest system improvements in line with SBP  regulations.
  • Coordinating with relevant users to perform user advisory testing, prior to deployment of system developments.
