• Generate and submit daily paid transaction reports for reconciliation purposes. 
• Oversee the settlement of NOSTRO funds for all agents.
• Manage RTGS (Real-Time Gross Settlement) funds settlement.
• Handle the repair and processing of home remittance transactions.
• Process amendments, cancellations, and any necessary corrections to transactions.
• Address and resolve queries from branches and agents.
• Coordinate with branches for PRI & COC payments.
• Collaborate with branches, IT, Finance, Reconciliation, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth processing of home remittance transactions.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Home Remittance System.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Unit/Departmental Head.
