Advise best practice of based on industry rewards programs and provide assistance where needed.
Planning and directing the implementation of all benefit plans.
Ensures that total rewards and benefits programs are competitive and equitable and that programs are carried out to assist in the attainment of corporate objectives.
Process Annual Appraisal of all eligible staff through the automated system, within the stipulated time Frame.
Assist line manager/ staff to develop self-assigned SMART objectives/initiatives, apart from their JDs, at start of the year, measuring there progress and ascertaining their contribution towards the success of the Bank.
Suggest different innovative and productive approaches for continuous improvement and alignment of policies with the Bank’s strategic objectives and goals.
Conduct Continuous Workload Assessment and Head Count Planning for the Bank.
