To ensure achievement of the assigned recovery targets from the portfolio of defaulted customers/NPLs;
Optimizing use of existing resources including HR, towards achievement of Unit goals.
To undertake and follow-up clients for timely remediation of allocated portfolio by taking appropriate recovery actions, in line with policy guidelines;
To negotiate and follow-up with the parties for settlement, restructuring & rescheduling in conjunction with concerned Unit Heads/RMs, in line with Bank’s policies;
To ensure compliance of service quality standards and develop strong relationships and follow up with customers and also to devise strategy for settlement of relationship till conclusion;
To manage & coordinate legal initiatives for expeditious disposal of cases, keeping close liaison with lawyers, also liaisons with other banks and regulatory authorities for issues pertaining to recovery etc.
