Review & document project scope/change requests and end-state objectives involving all relevant stakeholders.
Effective coordination with products owners, end users and vendors to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within approved cost.
Adopt latest tools, best practices, techniques and standards throughout the entire project execution in order to improve processes and the overall approach.
Perform Quality Assurance of the project and communicate project updates on consistent basis to relevant stakeholders depicting progress, roadblocks and alternate solutions.
Manage UAT of the projects and deploy the patch live taking core banking support team in the loop.
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders on core banking features and provide subject matter expertise on complex core banking support enquiries.
Liaison with the Internal/External/ SBP Auditors in matters pertaining audits of Core Banking.
