• Ensure smooth, unhindered, and foolproof security and safety operations across the Bank.
• Oversee security of all Bank buildings, assets, employees, stakeholders, and management.
• Develop and implement security, safety, and protocol policies and procedures in line with best market practices.
• Maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies and relevant government departments.
• Monitor law and order conditions and recommend timely security and safety measures.
• Oversee effective and productive utilization and maintenance of the Bank’s pool vehicles.
• Ensure reliable protocol arrangements and safe, secure, and comfortable travel accommodations for senior management, BODs, and staff.
• Lead all major security-related procurement activities with integrity and full compliance to Bank policies and SOPs.
• Monitor implementation of security-related agreements and SLAs.
