Manage end-to-end leave and attendance operations, including OLMS, Biometric Attendance, Late Arrivals, Leave Adjustments, and Monthly Reporting.
Coordinate with departments for Leave Approvals, Medical Justifications, Warnings, Advisory Notes, and Issuance of Show-Cause Notices.
Ensure compliance with HR Policies, Bank procedures, SBP Regulations, and support internal/external Audits through accurate data management.
Process and manage employee records including staff ID cards, Office discipline matters, and adherence to HR Policies (dress code, attendance, behavior standards, etc.).
Provide timely HR Support to internal stakeholders and perform additional tasks assigned by the management.
