  • Manage end-to-end leave and attendance operations, including OLMS, Biometric Attendance, Late Arrivals, Leave Adjustments, and Monthly Reporting.
  • Coordinate with departments for Leave Approvals, Medical Justifications, Warnings, Advisory Notes, and Issuance of Show-Cause Notices.
  • Ensure compliance with HR Policies, Bank procedures, SBP Regulations, and support internal/external Audits through accurate data management.
  • Process and manage employee records including staff ID cards, Office discipline matters, and adherence to HR Policies (dress code, attendance, behavior standards, etc.).
  • Provide timely HR Support to internal stakeholders and perform additional tasks assigned by the management.
