  • Own the Product Lifecycle: From ideation to launch, manage alternate and self-service channels roadmap
  • Product Development & Delivery: Work with engineering and vendors, translating business requirements into customer-centric experiences
  • Channel Optimization: Improve usability, uptime, transaction reliability, reconciliation accuracy, and overall performance of ATM/CDM ecosystem; monitor KPIs and commercial impact
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external technology/vendors for innovation and service excellence.
  • Governance: Ensure regulatory compliance and operational governance of self-service channels.
