• Oversee brand governance, reputation management, and crisis communication, ensuring compliance with brand and Shariah guidelines.
• Plan and manage high-profile events, campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives to enhance brand visibility and culture.
• Drive customer-centric communication across all touchpoints, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility of information.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the communications team while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
